PITTSBURGH - The Senators delivered both some expected and somewhat unexpected news Thursday morning at Consol Energy Center.
As figured, left winger Clarke MacArthur will sit out the Penguins game after hitting his head on the ice Wednesday night in Columbus.
MacArthur, who missed almost a quarter of last season with a concussion and suffered another head injury during training camp, will "continue to be evaluated", said coach Dave Cameron.
"It's always worrisome when you lose a player," Cameron said in response to a question regarding his concern for MacArthur's well-being. "When a player gets injured, as a coach it tugs at your heartstrings.
