From 2022-2024, the NHL's Ottawa Senators and AHL's Belleville Senators had an ECHL affiliate with the Allen Americans. Last season, the Senators didn't have an ECHL affiliate.
For the 2025-26 season, that will change. Today, the Senators confirmed the Americans will be the ECHL affiliate for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
The Americans are located in Allen, Texas, and play their games at Credit Union of Texas Event Center.
"We're proud to once again team up with the Allen Americans as our ECHL affiliate for the 2025-26 season," said Belleville general manager Matt Turek. "Having a solid affiliate will be significantly beneficial to both clubs and provide a clear pathway to the NHL.
