FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. - Talks were expected to heat up on a goalie trade again Thursday night as Bryan Murray arrived in the Sunshine State.
But so far nobody has made him an offer he can't refuse.
League sources say the asking price for Ottawa goaltender Robin Lehner is two high draft picks (in the first two rounds) in the annual crapshoot that gets underway Friday night at the BB&T Center and also the Senators want a team take back either David Legwand or Colin Greening's contract in return.
Though the Edmonton Oilers and Buffalo Sabres are both interested, the belief is the Calgary Flames and San Jose Sharks may also have stepped up their efforts on the 23-year-old Lehner.
