The Ottawa Senators have kicked off their trade season with a bang, sending left winger Mike Hoffman to the San Jose Sharks in exchange for Mikkel Boedker. The Ottawa Senators also acquire a 2020 5th round pick and defensive prospect Julius Bergman in the deal, while also giving up their 2020 6th round pick.
