You’d think that with three goalies injured, things would keep getting worse for the Senators in the crease. Strangely, the opposite has happened. The team’s prospects have not only outplayed those on one-way deals, but one was even responsible for stealing a win for the Senators for the first time this season. One of two sixth-round picks from the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, Daoust had a fantastic week with Moncton, tallying one goal and six assists.
