TORONTO — Clarke MacArthur won’t be able to come back this season and his career appears to be jeopardy.
Senators GM Pierre Dorion told reporters on the road at the club’s downtown Toronto hotel Friday morning after several discussions with doctors, the decision was made that he won’t be able to return this season after suffering a concussion in training camp.
“After many discussions with many doctors we have decided that Clarke MacArthur will not play this year,” said Dorion. “Clarke is devastated by this news. He felt he didn’t have any symptoms.
“In the long-term in this process, we always said that the doctors would decide if Clarke was going to play.
