The club is expected to announce the signing of Mark Fraser, an Ottawa native, to a two-way deal worth $800,000 in the NHL and $125,000.
He is expected to join the club's AHL affiliate in Binghamton at the end of camp to replace Mikael Wikstrand, who is suspended after returning to Sweden last week.
