Off-ice official at Senators' games to be remembered

Terry Currie touched a lot of lives especially in the hockey world.

On Saturday, his family and friends will gather to remember him.

Currie, an off-ice official at Senators’ games for more than 20 years and an employee at the Ministry of Natural Resources, passed away on May 13 at age 55.

He is survived by his wife Donna, his stepson Scott Robinson of Kanata along with his family and friends.

The Currie family is holding a celebration of his life Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Scrathcona Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion on Bank Street.
