Anthony Duclair’s start to the season has been nothing less than heroic, he’s already on track for numerous career highs.
Duclair was originally brought over to Ottawa in the trade for Ryan Dzingel, at the deadline. Even at the time it looked like the trade was a steal:
To Ottawa: Anthony Duclair, a 2020 second round pick, and a 2021 second round pick.
To Columbus: Ryan Dzingel, and a 2019 seventh round pick (Tyler Angle).
Without the picks its a fair trade for both sides, but factoring in the picks its looking to be an absolute steal for the Senators.
