Easy choice here. Gordon, in his fourth season, has currently set career-highs in every statistical category. At 22 years old, there is still plenty of room for improvement (specifically, consistently working within the flow of the offense, reducing his over-dribbling, opting to find the open teammate rather than forcing shots, etc.
