Orlando Magic complete their coaching staff

The Orlando Magic haven't yet played a game with Scott Skiles as their coach. But as far as Skiles is concerned, the team already has recorded an important victory: the hires of Adrian Griffin, Monte Mathis, Mario Elie and Conner Henry as assistant coaches.

Skiles believes Griffin, Mathis, Elie and Henry have the ability to become NBA head coaches and the work ethic to make that dream happen.

The hires were announced early Friday night.

Griffin, 40, will work as the lead assistant after he spent the last five seasons as a Chicago Bulls assistant coach.
