Gina Duncan recently changed her cover photo on her Facebook page.
It shows a picture of a billboard that reads:
WELCOME TO NORTH CAROLINA
DUE TO OUR STANCE ON LGBT RIGHTS
PLEASE SET YOUR CLOCK BACK 100 YEARS
As the Transgender Inclusion Director at Equality Florida, Duncan has been following the controversy in North Carolina, where the state recently passed anti-LGBT legislation that, among other things, could impact Charlotte as host of the 2017 NBA All-Star game.
The law requires people to use the bathrooms in school and government buildings that correspond with the sex listed on their birth certificates.
