More wingspan! Orlando Magic and Amile Jefferson agree to two-way contract

There will come a day when the Magic sign someone under 6-foot-8 and with a wingspan less than 7-feet. But that day is not today.

The Magic are set to use their second and final two-way contract on Amile Jefferson, a 6-9 forward who went undrafted out of Duke in 2017 and spent the 2017-2018 season playing for the Timberwolves’ G-League affiliate.

Free agent forward Amile Jefferson has agreed to a two-way NBA contract with the Orlando Magic, league sources tell Yahoo. The former Duke standout finished last season on two-way with the Timberwolves.

Jefferson, with a 7’0 wingspan, led the G-League in rebounding last season with 12.
