The Magic had control almost from the start, easily beating the Knicks in Orlando.
After back-to-back ugly losses, the Orlando Magic shook things up in hopes of finding new life against the New York Knicks on Wednesday night. Despite periods of sloppy, low energy play, the Magic were able to string together a strong performance, taking down the Knicks 100-91.
Despite the changes to their starting lineup, the Magic once again started slow, falling behind by six early. Shots continued to not fall, with the team struggling to put together back-to-back makes. For the quarter, the Magic shot a dreadful 24 percent, but were able to stabilize their offense by getting to the free throw line 10 times, knocking down eight of them.
