The Magic will likely have their third-string point guard starting on Friday against the Bulls.

Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports that an MRI revealed that D.J. Augustin suffered a "mild to moderate" hamstring strain.

D.J. Augustin underwent an MRI yesterday. Frank Vogel said the exam revealed a "mild-to-moderate" strain in Augustin's left hamstring.

Sound familiar? It’s the same diagnosis Elfrid Payton received earlier this season and has since missed six games. Robbins adds that Payton will miss his seventh consecutive game against the Bulls but participated in the non-contact portion of today’s shootaround and is expected to practice tomorrow, according to Frank Vogel.
