Aaron Gordon comes up big as Magic roll past Cavs to end skid

Aaron Gordon wants to be on the floor as much as he can. Now that his minutes restriction from a hamstring injury has been lifted, that shouldn’t be a problem.

Gordon scored 13 of his season-high 24 points in a decisive third quarter as the Magic beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-83 on Monday night at Amway Center to snap a two-game losing streak.

Nikola Vucevic was the only other starter to reach double-figure scoring with 23 points for the Magic (5-2), who trailed for only 1 minute and 24 seconds of the second half.

Terrence Ross scored 15 points, Khem Birch recorded 12 points and a career-high 12 rebounds, and Cole Anthony finished with nine points, five rebounds and four assists for Orlando, which beat Cleveland for the fifth straight time.
