Yueill, Marcinkowski to represent San Jose Earthquakes in USMNT January camp

SAN JOSE, Calif. — United States men’s national team coach Gregg Berhalter announced his 25-man roster ahead of the squad’s annual January camp, and two San Jose Earthquakes made the team. Goalkeeper JT Marcinkowski and midfielder Jackson Yueill will represent the Quakes as the USMNT conducts its camp in Doha, Qatar before returning stateside for a friendly against Costa Rica.

Yueill, who earned his first cap for Berhalter’s team in a pre-Gold Cup friendly against Jamaica last June, made six appearances for the national team in his debut year. The 22-year-old was a mainstay in the Earthquakes midfield and was an important player in Matias Almeyda’s team that narrowly missed the playoffs in 2019.
