With focus set on Tua and Fitzpatrick, Dolphins players excited for ‘quarterback room’ potential

When they finally connected, it did not take long for Gesicki to see Tagovailoa like many others view the Miami Dolphins’ next franchise quarterback.

“Obviously, his performance in college kind of speaks for itself. I think he had a super successful at Alabama and made a ton of plays and obviously did everything in his power to put himself in a position to be successful and get to where he is right now,” Gesicki said of Tagovailoa on Thursday.

“Really happy for him and the opportunity the now he has with us. … I think that what you guys see from him, just kind of being super positive and a great kid and excited to get out there and work.
