Orange County Public Schools announced this week the cancelation of Friday’s West Orange (3-1) at Ocoee (3-0) football rivalry game “due to a lack of practice time for Ocoee High School football players that resulted from COVID-19 cases and ordered quarantines.”
Ocoee’s game last week vs. Apopka was postponed until Nov. 2 due to COVID-19 protocol. The Knights are on a scheduled bye next week but will be permitted to return to practice Monday, according to OCPS.
