Zach Barrett, a 26-year-old former quarterback and baseball player at Timber Creek, was hired by University High recently and became the youngest football head coach among the Orlando area’s 80-plus high schools.
Barrett, the son of Danny Barrett, a former UCF assistant who is now the running backs coach for the Houston Texans, is excited to take on the task at University.
