Gus Malzahn’s arrival at UCF has brought a renewed excitement and energy to the football program as well as the fan base.
From the moment he was introduced as the Knights coach back in February, Malzahn has touted that the skies the limit for the program even going as far as to say he believes an expanded College Football Playoff would open the door for a national championship.
“I want to win a championship,” said Sam Jackson, a redshirt senior offensive lineman. “There is no reason why we shouldn’t win a championship. That’s my goal and that’s a personal goal and also a team goal and that what we talk about how much and the type of work you have to put in to win a championship.
