UCF athletics director Danny White knows there are many challenges facing his department as the school prepares to welcome back football players for voluntary workouts next week during the coronavirus pandemic.
While his department has a blueprint in place, White acknowledged even the best-laid plans can change at any moment.
“It’s OK not to know," White said of the mantra he’s preached to his staff as the group tries to come up with answers for some of the difficult questions facing college athletics administrators.
As players and coaches begin to arrive on campus, they’ll be tested for COVID-19 by healthcare professionals from Orlando Health and the UCF Student Health Services.
