1. Daunte Culpepper – Culpepper became instrumental in helping UCF take its first steps into Division I-A football in 1996, along the way becoming the face of a program after finishing sixth on the 1998 Heisman Trophy ballot.
2. McKenzie Milton – Milton was responsible for leading the Knights through one of their most successful periods, highlighted with a school-record 25-game winning streak and back-to-back appearances in New Year’s Six Access bowl games.
