João Moutinho scored his first goal for Orlando City on Friday night, a 90th-minute equalizer to force the Lions into a penalty shootout against LAFC. The finish came against his former Club, where he spent the 2018 season after becoming the first MLS SuperDraft pick in LAFC’s history, selected first-overall out of Akron. Moutinho has appeared in 21 matches since joining the Lions ahead of the 2019 season, with four assists to his credit in that time.
