Orlando Jones offensive lineman Javonte Gardner, who has been committed to the Florida Gators for nearly a year, was finally was able to sign with UF Wednesday during a National Signing Day ceremony at his high school.
Gardner headlined a trio of Jones players who signed letters of intent. Safety Rickey Smith signed with Purdue and linebacker Demontre Pryor is headed to Southern Illinois.
