Per multiple online reports, Orlando City SC is in the process of finalizing a transfer of Dutch attacking midfielder Silvester van der Water — currently with Heracles Almelo, a mid-table club in the Dutch Eredivisie. Paul Tenorio of The Athletic reported on Twitter that the deal will involve Targeted Allocation Money due to the size of the transfer fee.

The 24-year-old from Blaricum, Netherlands, who plays primarily on the right wing, was linked with Orlando City last September but a deal never materialized.
