Orlando City is expecting a big crowd when it returns to Camping World Stadium Saturday.
The Lions have seen a spike in ticket sales since announcing many tributes it will have for Orlando nightclub shooting victims during the 7:30 p.m. game against the San Jose Earthquakes. About 30,000 tickets had been sold as of 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to a club representative.
The Lions average about 35,000 people at home games this season, and typically sell between 5,000 and 7,000 tickets at the gate.
"That's for a normal game, but we expect more for this game," a spokesman for the club said.
