Anthony Pulis is leaving Orlando City Soccer Club after six years with the organization.
The Orlando City B coach and former Lions player stepped down Monday to accept the coaching position with fellow United Soccer League team Saint Louis FC.
STLFC announced Pulis as its new coach during a fan event Monday night in Missouri. He will replace Predrag “Preki” Radosavljevic, as first reported on Twitter by the Washington Post. Preki mutually parted ways with the club during the weekend.
“Ant has been a part of the Orlando City family for many years, both as a coach and a player, so it is difficult to see him go,” Orlando City CEO Alex Leitão said in a statement released by the club Monday evening.
