Orlando bowl games could be adjusted to the coronavirus pandemic

As college leaders across the country grapple with how to safely play a college football season during the coronavirus pandemic, Florida Citrus Sports CEO Steve Hogan is optimistic despite so much uncertainty.

As Hogan and his staff at FCS charge forward with preparing to host a pair of bowl games at Camping World Stadium in Orlando around New Year’s Day, the group is also making contingency plans in case the start of the college football season is delayed or the sport must make other changes.

“We’ve absolutely thought about it and we’re preparing ourselves for any scenario,” Hogan told the Orlando Sentinel this week.
