Miami Hurricanes land former Florida, Miami Norland offensive lineman

The Miami Hurricanes added a former Florida freshman offensive lineman as Miami Norland’s Issiah Walker announced Saturday that he’s transferring to UM.

Both Rivals and 247 Sports rated the 6-foot-4, 310-pound offensive tackle as a four-star prospect. Rivals listed Walker as a No. 40 prospect in the state while 247 Sports had him at No. 24. He was a CBS4 Nat Moore Trophy finalist, which is awarded to the top high school football player in any division in Broward, Miami-Dade or Monroe counties.

Walker signed his letter of intent with Florida in December 2019 and arrived on campus in January.
