Miami Hurricanes land DePaul PG through transfer portal

The Miami Hurricanes got some much-needed backcourt help on Monday in an offseason where they stand to possibly lose five guards off last season’s roster.

Moore, a 5-11 senior, averaged 14.4 points, 4.2 assists and 3.6 rebounds for the Blue Demons in the 2020-21 season.

His transfer, along with the infusion of Jordan Miller from George Mason, will help solidify the Hurricanes backcourt after guards Chris Lykes (Arkansas), Earl Timberlake (Memphis) and Elijah Olaniyi (Stony Brook) transferred out and Kameron McGusty and Isaiah Wong decided to enter the NBA draft with the ability to retain college eligibility for an option to back out and return to college.
