Orlando Magic coach Steve Clifford said it’s still too early to pencil in playing rotations for Friday’s first preseason game against the Atlanta Hawks.
While Clifford and his staff certainly have an idea of what combinations they would like to use, the third-year Magic coach said he just doesn’t know who will be available.
Shooting guard Terrence Ross again did not participate in contact work due to his big toe fracture, and Clifford said forward James Ennis was unable to take part in contact drills because of toenail issue.
But it’s the preseason and Clifford isn’t overly concerned about being somewhat undermanned at this point.
