Los Angeles FC bolstered its ranks in the center of the pitch Monday afternoon by acquiring Uruguayan midfielder Francisco Ginella from Montevideo Wanderers.
LAFC signed Ginella, 20, using Targeted Allocation Money. He will occupy an international roster spot.
“At just 20 years old, Francisco brings a meaningful amount of experience at the professional and youth international levels,” LAFC executive vice president and general manager John Thorrington said in a statement.
