Key Transactions
Earlier this month, the Courage added Shannon Horgan and Peyton Perea to the team on national team replacement contracts as four of their players - Abby Dahlkemper, Crystal Dunn, Jessica McDonald and Sam Mewis - were named to the U.S. Women’s National Team World Cup roster for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup in France this summer. Additionally, the Courage are without three other players in Stephanie Labbe (Canada), Debinha (Brazil) and Abby Erceg (New Zealand).
Recent Form
The Courage have had a good start to the season with a 2-2-3 (9 points) overall record, but have only picked up two points from a possible 12 in their last four games.
