“[FIU defensive line coach] Kenard Lang, the coach who recruited me, he had some history with my family ... so I had a really good connection with him,” said the 6-foot, 180-pound Bryant, who is actually just 16 years old and a year ahead of his class after moving to Florida from the New Orleans area in 2013. “I’m extremely excited and it’s definitely a burden to get off my chest.
