As another holiday season kicks off, Anthony Roberson and Jordan Johnson are once again working to put smiles on kids’ faces.
The former UCF football players met as teammates but developed a strong friendship through the bond of community service.
As founders of One Kid Orlando, Roberson and Johnson work to enrich the lives of children in the Central Florida area. One way they’ve been able to help is by providing toys for less fortunate families through an annual toy drive.
“I saw these little kids smile over a Spiderman or a Hot Wheels or something they didn’t expect or something they probably wouldn’t have got,” Roberson said, describing how he felt after distributing toys to children in the area.
