The Broward County (Fla.) State Attorney’s office dropped all charges against the former Giants cornerback Monday and is no longer prosecuting the case against him.
William Dean, the attorney for three of Baker’s four alleged victims in a May 12 armed robbery, was arrested on Monday morning and charged with trying to extort Baker.
Baker was charged with four counts of robbery with a firearm, but the state of Florida announced a “nolle prosequi” of all charges against Baker.
