COMMERCE CITY, Colo. – In the Colorado Rapids’ home opener, Drew Moor gave himself a homecoming party.
The veteran defender, who returned to Colorado after three seasons in Toronto, scored late in Colorado’s home opener to lift his side to a 2-1 win over Orlando City. It marked the second straight win for Colorado to open the 2020 campaign and the seventh under head coach Robin Fraser.
“Over time, Drew has shown that his leadership, his calm and his demeanor are a positive thing for the team,” Fraser said. “It was really about resiliency.
