Dolphins will be without five coaches vs. Cardinals as result of COVID-19 precautions

GLENDALE, AZ — The Miami Dolphins will be without five assistant coaches for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals as precautions for a recent COVID-19 positive test within the Brian Flores' coaching staff.

The Dolphins will be without outside linebackers coach Austin Clark, defensive backs coach Gerald Alexander, quarterback coach Robby Brown, defensive line coach Marion Hobby and offensive quality control coach Kolby Smith, the team announced before the game.

The Dolphins learned an assistant coach contracted coronavirus on Friday. The coach who did has not been announced publicly, but obviously among the group out for Sunday’s game.
