Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has experienced an eventful few weeks as of late during his rookie season.

Tagovailoa was recently benched in the fourth quarter against the Denver Broncos, missed the New York Jets game due to a thumb injury, and returned to throw for a career high of 296 yards in Miami’s 19-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday.

“When you think of Patrick, you just think of someone who is very explosive, a generational talent,” Tagovailoa said Wednesday of Mahomes, who also has the same agent Leigh Steinberg.
