Selection Monday is still about two months away. But NCAA Tournament "Bracketology" projections are underway, with ESPN's Charlie Creme currently pegging Oregon State as a No. 3 seed in his latest field updated Monday.
The Beavers, who are ranked 11th nationally in the latest Associated Press poll and eighth according to RPI, are one of three Pac-12 teams to hold a No. 3 seed, joining Stanford and UCLA. Washington is a No. 2 seed (and projected Pac-12 champion), while No. 4-seed Arizona State, No. 8-seed California and No. 9-seed Oregon are all in the field. Utah is also in the "first four out" category.
