Corvallis – Red-shirt sophomore McKenzie Weinert recorded the lone goal of the game in the 93rd minute of play to give Oregon State a 1-0 win over Dartmouth.
"I'm very happy for the players," said head coach Linus Rhode. "They have been working extremely hard. Today we were also smart in how we played. I think that was the big difference in today's game. We just have to keep building."
Oregon State started the game very strong, maintaining possession of the ball for most of the first half.
Shea O'Connor took the first shot on goal for the Beavers with a chip shot that went right into the arms of Dartmouth's goalkeeper in the 13th minute.
