It took two extra periods to finish and a 26-point outing by the ever reliable Sydney Wiese but at the end of the day, the 2016-2017 version of the Beavers did something even their Final Four counterparts from a season ago couldn’t do. Oregon State went into one of the most daunting road environments in the whole Pac-12 in Stanford’s Maples Pavilion and snagged a victory on the road against the Cardinal for the first time in school history. Freshman Mikayla Pivec and junior Breanna Brown were the only other two Beavers in double-digits, chipping in 13 points a piece.
