One way an undrafted free agent can help himself in earning a roster spot is make a big play.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Victor Bolden did just that Saturday night. The former Oregon State star electrified the team and fans with a 104-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Bolden, signed as an undrafted free agent, scored in the fourth quarter of the 49ers 33-14 loss to the Denver Broncos at Levi's Stadium. Bolden's return one of the few highlights during what was a rather dismal night for the 49ers offense.
