CORVALLIS - Khalil Tate may not win the Heisman Trophy, but few players have excited the college football world like the sophomore Arizona quarterback.
The mid-season emergence of the explosive dual-threat signal caller, who Oregon State will face at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, has even earned comparisons to one-time Virginia Tech great and former Pro Bowler Michael Vick.
OSU interim coach Cory Hall, who once was on the same NFL roster as Vick, stopped short of that link on Monday.
