CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State has officially added setter Montanna Gubrud, a two-time, Two-Year College All-American, to the volleyball program, head coach Mark Barnard announced Monday.

"Montanna is a strong competitor with good on-court leadership ability," Barnard said. "She distributes a nice array of set types and puts hitters in a good position to score. She's a little more experienced and older and will be a great addition to the team."

Gubrud, who hails from McMinnville, Ore., joins the OSU program following two outstanding seasons at Linn-Benton Community College in Albany where she holds the Roadrunners' all-time career assists record.
