Oregon beat Southern Utah 77-21. Oregon State beat Portland State 35-32.
Going A-Z on the weekend:
A) Portland State deserved better.
B) Then again, if you don't have a kicker on the roster capable of making a PAT in a game situation, who can you blame but yourself?
C) I'm told by Vikings coach Bruce Barnum that his kickers make about 80 percent of the FGs in practice and are near 100 percent on PATs. The kicking game has to get fixed for Big Sky play.
D) Oregon coach Willie Taggart won the weekend.
