The Oregonian began producing Oregon all-state teams in 1982, and the list of defensive players over the past 34 seasons is impressive. There's a budding star, who could someday join this list, finishing his senior year this season in West Linn's Elijah Molden. Several of these former Oregon stars have gone on to star in college football and the NFL. We don't rank them 1 through 20; instead, they are grouped as top 10 and second 10. This was very difficult list to produce. The first 12 were easy; the final eight could be any one of 20 former players.
