Walk-on guard Daine Muller may not have logged a minute of action for Oregon State last season but it now seems the rising senior may be a contributing piece for the Beavers in 2016-2017. Expected to serve in a more featured role, head coach Wayne Tinkle has offered a scholarship to Muller for his upcoming senior campaign.
Muller, a tough-nosed defender and capable shooter, will help to add depth to a backcourt reeling from the losses of Gary Payton II and Langston Morris-Walker. He will also add a veteran presence that may help to mentor some younger talents in newcomers JaQuori McLaughlin and Ronnie Stacy and sophomores Stephen Thompson Jr.
