Huskies this season: The defending Pac-12 champions are in their second-year as a dominant team. They lost four defensive players to the NFL draft (three members of the secondary in the second round) but have nicely retooled and rank 10th nationally in points allowed (11.8). UW also ranks 11th in scoring (44.5 points per game) and, after dismantling some lesser competition early in the season, is coming off a signature 37-10 win at Colorado.
